Training with Paul has been the best decision I have ever made and investing in his time has paid off tremendously. Paul trains me 1 – 2 times per week and I have been training with him for 6 months now, we alternate between boxing, weights and cardio, never a dull moment. I can now finally achieve running for 20mins and I now have a regular routine. Paul has helped me cut down my smoking, increased my fitness levels and trim down. I now have so much more energy at work and feel fitter and stronger than ever before. I started seeing Paul 2 months ago and prior to training with Paul, I had major back pain and had been seeing the Osteo at least once a week, without too much relief, but since I have started training with Paul my back has improved dramatically and has not felt this good in years, I very rarely see the Osteo anymore. Paul is very good at teaching me correct techniques and giving me exercises to rectify my back problems. Paul Is very focused on what I would like to achieve and I find his techniques and attitude towards training very positive , I find this helps a lot and increases my motivation. When I first started seeing Paul from Break Free Fitness, I was overweight, eating as much as I liked and indulging way too much and my weight was just getting worse and worse. I had high blood pressure and heading towards diabetes if I continued on the course I was taking. I tried exercising by myself but the excuses and motivation meant I kept failing. Shortly after seeing Paul he said to me that I would be running 5km in 30 mins soon, “YEAH RIGHT”!!! I thought to myself, I could barely walk for 10 minutes. Paul pushed me and taught me how to push through my mental barriers and within a couple of months, I couldn’t believe I had actually ran 5km in 30 mins, a few months later I even managed to run 8km in 42 mins. In the 3 months I have been training with Paul I’ve managed to lose over 7 kilos and greatly improve my overall fitness. About two years ago due to a knee injury I had to give up competitive tennis and also losing weight was something I couldn’t do due to my injury, so I decided to get a personal trainer. I have been training with Paul for the past 6 months and have already lost 24 kg.
