Training with Paul has been the best decision I have ever made and investing in his time has paid off tremendously. Paul trains me 1 – 2 times per week and I have been training with him for 6 months now, we alternate between boxing, weights and cardio, never a dull moment. I can now finally achieve running for 20mins and I now have a regular routine. Paul has helped me cut down my smoking, increased my fitness levels and trim down. I now have so much more energy at work and feel fitter and stronger than ever before. I have had a few trainers but I have never had a more committed trainer in helping me achieve my goals as Paul is. Paul knows when to push me and when to give me more motivation for when I cannot be bothered. I love that Paul always has a positive attitude and is always in a good mood, I always leave feeling great. Thanks Paul for making all this possible, because I could never have done this on my own. I highly recommend Paul because he is the best and wants me to be the best I can be.
