I have been training with Paul for just over 3 months and in that time I have lost over 15kgs. Paul has taught me about better eating habits and helped me to make exercise a regular part of my lifestyle. Paul is very dedicated to the improvement of my health and fitness, his training techniques are great and clearly show they are effective through the amazing results I have achieved so far, which is a credit to Paul. I love the fact you can actually have a laugh during the sessions and still achieve results in a comfortable environment. I have had a few trainers over the years, but I have never had a trainer who has been so dedicated in helping me achieve my goals like Paul has.
