In the 3 months I have been training with Paul I’ve managed to lose over 7 kilos and greatly improve my overall fitness. Paul has formulated an exercise regime specifically to target what I want to achieve, therefore allowing me to achieve them faster. Every session is challenging, and Paul motivates me to keep pushing my boundaries. Paul is friendly, approachable and committed. He pays attention to your goals, habits, and physical abilities. Using his knowledge Paul develops an effective exercise program to meet your needs, and is more than willing to share his knowledge and goes into detail if you have any questions regarding the program. Results depend on your commitment. The weeks I maintained a healthy diet and followed the exercise plan provided by Paul, i experienced twice the weight loss if not more, than the days I didn’t. I would recommend Paul as a trainer. Not only have I seen results since training with Paul, but other people have noticed as well. He motivates me to put in that extra 10% every session and allowing me to grow in fitness and strength.
