About two years ago due to a knee injury I had to give up competitive tennis and also losing weight was something I couldn’t do due to my injury, so I decided to get a personal trainer. I have been training with Paul for the past 6 months and have already lost 24 kg. I enjoy training with Paul, he conducted an assessment and developed an exercise plan for me, Paul also advises me on how to make healthier food choices. Paul works me hard but I really do enjoy it, I like doing weights and as hard as it is Paul never lets me give up, he supports me with all my goals and is very focussed on ensuring that I achieve my goals and get the results that I need. I still have a long way to go but I know training with Paul and having his support and motivation that I will achieve my goals. I am now starting to play tennis again without knee pain and I feel so much fitter and stronger. I would recommend working with Paul if u want to achieve your health and fitness goals as he is very knowledgeable about fitness and is a great motivator. Working with Paul is the best thing I have done because I know my goals will be achieved.
