Since I started training with Paul my fitness has really improved and I feel stronger and happier because of it. Paul has helped me with my diet and has motivated me to exercise more often. I love that Paul always greets me with a smile and is so easy to talk to. Training is hard but very worthwhile, Paul knows what I am capable of and pushes those limits. I often train in with a small group of friends and family and Pauls flexibility with this makes sessions fun and time flies. I love how training sessions are varied because doing different activities keeps me motivated and adds to the enjoyment of each session. I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone out there looking for a personal trainer.
