When I first started seeing Paul from Break Free Fitness, I was overweight, eating as much as I liked and indulging way too much and my weight was just getting worse and worse. I had high blood pressure and heading towards diabetes if I continued on the course I was taking. I tried exercising by myself but the excuses and motivation meant I kept failing. Shortly after seeing Paul he said to me that I would be running 5km in 30 mins soon, “YEAH RIGHT”!!! I thought to myself, I could barely walk for 10 minutes. Paul pushed me and taught me how to push through my mental barriers and within a couple of months, I couldn’t believe I had actually ran 5km in 30 mins, a few months later I even managed to run 8km in 42 mins. Paul has taught me how my commitment and effort will bring me the result and rewards I was looking for. Paul has a great personality, is passionate, enthusiastic is highly professional, caring and when needed is also tough. Paul is extremely easy to get along with and he still pushes me to new limits, I always feel like I have achieved something more out of each session. Paul is a great personal trainer, leads by example and clearly has a true passion for training and seeing people achieve their goals, Pauls work ethic amazes me and is so flexible with training times, gets up way before the sun is up and works way past the sun going down. Thanks to Paul I am now converted, Paul is my motivator and is why I have lost over 20kgs, my blood pressure Is down and I am now so much fitter and healthier.
