Large Group/Bootcamp

Break Free Fitness provides large group personal training/Bootcamp in the park for 5 to 20 people.

Large group personal training/Bootcamp is a great way to train, meet new people and make new friends and is the most affordable training option available. This style of training is a great way of achieving your goals and mixes a blend of fitness, strength, weight loss, toning, boxing and boot camp training all in one.

The trainer will give the whole group an excellent workout aimed at giving you the greatest opportunity to achieve your desired results, no matter what your goals are. You will be guided, educated and taught correct exercise techniques.

No matter what your fitness levels are or what your goals are the trainer will be able to adjust their training techniques and intensity to suit your particular levels, even if each person in the group are at different levels.

Break Free Fitness is committed and dedicated to you and your goals in an unintimidating environment and guess what not only will we let you smile, laugh and have a little fun, we insist on it.

All outdoor group classes are held @ Springside Recreation Reserve, located behind Caroline Springs College on Lancefield Drive, Caroline Springs, Victoria.

Times available are 6.00am & 9.15am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
